FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial reporting and management information systems to prepare periodic financial reports.
- Perform variance and analysis and support strategic financial decision-making.
- Oversee journal entries and ledger accuracy using the accounting system.
- Prepare cashflow forecasts and ensure optimal liquidity planning.
- Provide insights to senior management on financial strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (CPA-K/ICPAK registered).
- 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong experience in ERP systems and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to manage profitability and strategic growth.
- Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, audit management, and compliance
