Bliss Resort is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, passionate about hospitality, and experienced in leading housekeeping operations, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Supervise and coordinate room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff
✅ Inspect rooms & public areas to maintain top cleanliness standards
✅ Train, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team
✅ Prepare daily work schedules & manage inventories
✅ Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
✅ Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
🔹 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (hotel/resort preferred)
🔹 Strong leadership & organizational skills
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams
🔹 Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
